We want you to feel confident when purchasing from HairRegrowthSolutions. If there is an issue with your order, please review the policy below.

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been worn on the scalp or used cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

To start a return, email Hairregrowthcolutions@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation.

Refunds
Once your return is approved and the item is received, it will be inspected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or not working correctly, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include clear photos or videos showing the issue.
We will offer a replacement or a full refund depending on the situation.

Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Items without original packaging
Items returned after 14 days
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first.
